Job summary

Simplyhealth invites applications for a Charity Programme Co-ordinator to lead the BrightBites Programme, partnering with Denplan and Dentaid to reach thousands of children nationwide. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, volunteer management and impact measurement.

You will be the internal and external face of BrightBites, shaping programme plans and ensuring an outstanding experience for all schools, volunteers and dental partners.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes, campaigns or similar activities.
• Experience working with dental sector or dental stakeholders is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience creating content and supporting communications (events, social media, storytelling).
• A data-driven approach, with experience monitoring performance and using insights to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the delivery of the BrightBites Programme and support annual targets.
• Work with ESG team to develop/monitor a social impact framework and measure reach/outcomes.
• Use data/insights to identify priority communities and plan delivery.
• Recruit and build relationships with schools, nurseries, community organisations across the UK.
• Develop volunteer recruitment/engagement with dental practices, corporate groups and ambassadors.
• Coordinate programme operations including DBS checks, volunteer support, training materials and resource distribution.
• Support communications/marketing activities including social content, case studies, media requests and events.
• Gather feedback, monitor performance and continuously improve the programme experience for all stakeholders.
• Create reports/dashboards to demonstrate progress, impact and value.
