Simplyhealth invites applications for a Charity Programme Co-ordinator to lead the BrightBites Programme, partnering with Denplan and Dentaid to reach thousands of children nationwide. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, volunteer management and impact measurement.
You will be the internal and external face of BrightBites, shaping programme plans and ensuring an outstanding experience for all schools, volunteers and dental partners.
At Simplyhealth and Denplan, we're committed to improving access to healthcare and tackling health inequalities. Through our partnership with Dentaid, the BrightBites Programme is helping children across the UK develop positive oral health habits through education, prevention and access to essential resources. Since launching, the programme has reached more than 90,000 children, and with a further £1.2m investment, we have ambitious plans to reach 500,000 children by July 2028. As our Charity Programme Co-ordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering this mission. Acting as the key link between Denplan, Simplyhealth and Dentaid, you'll coordinate a national programme that brings together schools, volunteers, dental practices and communities to create meaningful social impact. This is a varied role that combines programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, volunteer management and impact measurement. You'll be the internal and external face of BrightBites, helping to shape and execute programme plans while ensuring all stakeholders have an outstanding experience.
We're looking for an organised, energetic and purpose-driven individual who is passionate about making a difference. You'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, building strong relationships and using data to inform decisions, while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent outcomes. It would be advantageous if you also have experience working with children or within educational settings, along with familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving children's oral health and believe in the power of collaboration to create lasting social change.
