Job summary

Countryside Classroom in Moira, Swadlincote, seeks an Evidence and Impact Manager on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead the development and continual improvement of our Outcomes Framework, establish metrics, data collection, evaluation and reporting processes, and manage a small team delivering robust evidence and insights for decision-making and external messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading corporate performance monitoring and reporting within the environmental field.
• Experience using GIS for dataset analysis and the presentation of spatial information.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research and information presentation techniques.
• Understanding the benefits of tree planting and habitat creation for nature, communities and enterprise.
• A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and continual improvement of the Outcomes Framework and reporting on progress toward Transformation through Forests.
• Establish meaningful metrics, data collection, evaluation and reporting processes.
• Manage a small team and deliver robust evidence and insight for decision-making, programme development and external messaging.
