Job summary

The National Forest seeks an experienced Evidence and Impact Manager in Moira/Swadlincote with hybrid working options. You will lead the Outcomes Framework, establish metrics, and oversee data collection, evaluation, and reporting to inform decisions and external messaging.

You will manage a small team, translate complex information for a range of audiences, and contribute to a future where people, nature and enterprise grow together.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience leading corporate performance monitoring and reporting in the environmental field
• Proven GIS data analysis and spatial information presentation experience
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Understanding of tree planting and habitat creation benefits for nature, communities and enterprise
• Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification

Responsibilities

• Develop and continually improve the Outcomes Framework to evidence progress toward Transformation through Forests
• Establish meaningful metrics, data collection, evaluation and reporting processes
• Manage a small team and deliver robust evidence and insights for diverse audiences
• Translate complex information for decision-making, programme development, and communications
