Job summary

ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the screen industries, seeking an I&E manager to ensure evidence of activities and impact is collected, analysed and disseminated both internally and externally. You will oversee data collection, develop the impact framework and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evolve the framework to support ScreenSkills’ strategic aims.

Key responsibilities include data collation, methodological design, internal and external stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an evaluation or impact role and implementing evaluation frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience rolling out new evaluation processes and supporting internal stakeholders.
• Experience commissioning/managing internal and external partners and familiarity with The Treasury Green Book.
• Knowledge of consent processes and GDPR/data protection.

Responsibilities

• Data collation across teams and evidence collection to build a robust internal evidence base.
• Methodological design and ownership of external data collection to support the impact framework.
• Internal stakeholder management to embed the framework and foster an evaluation culture.
• External stakeholder management to potentially commission and manage external evaluators and research.
