Job summary

The Politics Project is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to lead how we understand, measure and communicate our impact. You will oversee rigorous evaluation practice and manage a national project tracking the state of democratic education across England and the UK.

You will bring together quantitative and qualitative evidence, develop theories of change, and present findings to colleagues, funders and partners to improve programmes and inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering monitoring, evaluation or research programmes.
• Experience in education, charity or social impact sectors.
• Ability to develop theories of change and outcome frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.
• Track and communicate the impact of programmes to funders, partners and stakeholders.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Manage the national project tracking the state of democratic education across England and the UK.
