Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and asset maintenance teams.
• Proven track record in cost management and commercial management of contracts.
• Experience preparing and issuing performance reports.
• Negotiating costs and contract terms with contractors.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
