Bazaarvoice’s Content & Creators (C&C) Technical Services team is hiring an Implementation Engineer with experience delivering custom integration technologies in a professional services capacity. This is a hybrid role partnering with client-facing and engineering teams in the US, UK, and Australia to support Bazaarvoice C&C products and services.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in an IT role supporting software/SaaS client products or services.
• Fluent English skills.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic or intermediate experience with scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Bash).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

Aufgaben

• Implement Content and Creators (C&C) products for Bazaarvoice clients.
• Manage deliverables and timelines for varying technical projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide technical consulting and support for Bazaarvoice C&C products and services to client-facing colleagues and clients.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve bugs and provide technical input for feature development.
• Develop and execute queries on datasets using SQL and REST web services.
• Develop tooling/scripting to automate tasks and perform data analysis.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
