Job summary

Bazaarvoice’s Content & Creators (C&C) Technical Services team is hiring an Implementation Engineer with experience delivering custom integration technologies in a professional services capacity. This is a hybrid role partnering with client-facing and engineering teams in the US, UK, and Australia to support Bazaarvoice C&C products and services.

• 1+ years of experience in an IT role supporting software/SaaS client products or services.
• Fluent English skills.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic or intermediate experience with scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Bash).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

• Manage deliverables and timelines for varying technical projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will partner closely with client-facing and engineering colleagues in the US, UK, and Australia to deliver and support Bazaarvoice C&C products and services. This is a hybrid role that incorporates both business and technical responsibilities.

What you\'ll do:

• Manage deliverables and timelines for varying technical projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience managing deliverables and timelines for varying projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project/task management systems (e.g. Jira).
• Basic or intermediate experience with front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Basic or intermediate experience with SQL.
• Experience with cloud computing services platform (e.g. Amazon Web Services).
• Familiarity with REST web services.
