Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships with schools, helping them hire smarter and faster. You’ll lead recruitment processes with a consultative approach and build trust on outbound calls, partnering with Sales, Ops and Tech to deliver a great service.

This is a startup mindset role, based at our Nottingham office five days a week. Expect a competitive salary (£35k–£44k OTE), travel to client sites, and the chance to make a tangible social impact by improving education

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Experience building relationships with schools or customers.
• Comfort with outbound calling and consultative sales approaches.

Responsibilities
