Zen Educate is an online platform that helps schools access vetted teachers and staff, with a mission to disrupt the education recruitment market in the North East. We’re hiring an Account Manager to own relationships with schools, guide them through recruitment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will be building trust, hitting targets, and driving growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup with a Sunderland office and flexible culture.

Qualifications

• Confident picking up the phone, handling objections, and building trust fast.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets or similar KPIs.
• Team player who thrives in a close-knit group.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with schools to help them hire smarter and faster.
• Lead school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and Tech to ensure the best school experience.
• Be hands-on and adapt to whatever’s needed in a fast-paced startup.
