Qualifications

• Substantial practical and technical experience in a wide range of techniques as listed.
• Extensive practical/workplace experience with relevant technical methods.
• GCSEs or equivalent in mathematics and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform specialist techniques including isolation and characterization of cells.
• Culture and phenotype cells and perform T cell receptor analyses.
• Operate multi-colour flow cytometry and cell sorting; analyse data.
• Maintain records; ensure compliance with GCLP/GCP and SOPs.
• Train and mentor junior staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
