Qualifications

  • Mammalian cell culture experience.
  • Cell biology techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA and fluorescence microscopy.
  • Evidence of excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cell cultures including advanced primary cells.
  • Perform flow cytometry, ELISA, fluorescence microscopy and related assays.
  • Troubleshoot and execute co-cultures and complex in vitro models.
  • Collaborate as part of the Oxford immunobiology team and with AbbVie R&D colleagues.
  • Record, analyse and present data to the Oxford team and US colleagues.
