Edge Hill University’s Medical School invites applications for a Research Support Technician to support cancer research projects on head and neck and cervical cancers. You will perform cell culture, Western blotting, flow cytometry and data management while assisting researchers with daily laboratory operations.

The role requires a degree and practical lab experience, strong organisational skills and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with practical laboratory experience.
• Experience in cell culture, Western blotting and cell viability analysis.
• Ability to manage research data and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory-based cancer research and data collection.
