Job summary

Deloitte is recruiting an experienced Immigration practitioner to work on secondment with a client, embedded within their office and operating onsite 1-2 days per week. The role combines hands-on UK immigration support, coordination of global activity and data-driven programme oversight.

You will build an understanding of the client’s business, deliver responsive employee experience and turn operational data into insights for stakeholders, contributing to process improvements and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering immigration services, advising on visa routes (globally and UK) and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to validate data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to communicate technical advice, data and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key onsite client contact, building trusted stakeholder relationships and providing timely, practical support.
• Deliver technically accurate, commercially sound advice across UK immigration matters, including visa strategy and sponsor compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance, escalating risks where needed.
• Coordinate immigration activity across multiple countries by liaising with global teams and other providers.
• Provide clear strategic and compliance advice reflecting client business needs and mobility programmes.
• Oversee data entry, validation and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
