BDO UK is seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration professional to oversee UK immigration processes, international secondments and permanent hires. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employees, HR teams and business stakeholders, guiding visa applications from start to finish and ensuring sponsorship compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing UK immigration matters, including sponsor licence compliance and right-to-work requirements.
• Experience in Global Mobility, immigration or international HR in a large or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with a compliance-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee UK immigration processes and sponsorship obligations.
• Manage visa applications and renewals end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations and sponsor licensing.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll and Tax teams.
