Job summary

BDO UK is seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration professional to oversee UK immigration processes, international secondments and permanent hires, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations and sponsorship obligations.

You will act as the main contact for employees and stakeholders, manage visa applications end-to-end, develop strategy and policies, and improve efficiency and audit readiness across immigration reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing UK immigration matters, including sponsor licence compliance and right-to-work requirements.
• Previous experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or international HR roles, ideally in professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK immigration processes, international secondments and permanent hires in compliance with UKVI and sponsorship obligations.
• Act as main contact for employees, HR teams and business stakeholders on immigration and mobility matters; manage visa applications end-to-end.
• Develop strategy, policies and processes for Global Mobility; monitor compliance data and provide regular management reporting.
