The role:
The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s Frankfurt office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.
What your day will look like:
- Draft immigration applications in German
- Draft support letters
- Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
- Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
- Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
- Contact authorities for case updates and advice
- File applications on behalf of clients
- Complete case audits
- Rename, downsize and organise documents
- Take on any additional projects as required
The team:
The European Shared Services team in Sheffield supports the wider immigration teams in Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels, Zurich & Dublin remotely. They are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with multiple languages being spoken.
What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
- Strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background
- High level of German language, ideally C level, but at least B2
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast paced environment
- Displays confidence in verbal communication
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Is proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
- Background of planning workload with ability to meet deadlines and priorities
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
- Experience of completing tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectations
- Ability to implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systems
Preferred skills:
- Experience drafting applications / completing various forms

What to expect:
