Job summary

Fragomen is seeking an Immigration Coordinator to support the Frankfurt office and Associates in Sheffield, providing administrative assistance across immigration processes. You will draft applications in German, manage client folders, and liaise with authorities, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

The role sits within the European Shared Services team, a multilingual, supportive group coordinating with Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels, Zurich and Dublin.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and data entry skills.
• German language at least B2 level.
• Able to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident verbal communicator.
• Excellent planning and time management; able to multi-task.
• Proactive with limited supervision and deadlines-focused.

Responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications in German.
• Draft support letters.
• Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date.
• Save and upload case documents and government decisions.
• Draft emails with updates on immigration matters.
• Contact authorities for case updates.
• File applications on behalf of clients.
• Complete case audits.
• Rename, downsize and organise documents.
• Take on additional projects as required.
