Fragomen in the UK is seeking an experienced HR leader to deliver operational and strategic HR support across the business. You will partner with managers, partners and senior leaders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice and drive people initiatives that enhance employee experience.
You will lead employee relations, contribute to organisational change, performance and talent management, and workforce planning while aligning services with UK priorities and high-quality delivery.
This role provides operational and strategic HR support across the UK business. You will take overall accountability for the effective delivery of the day-to-day HR service, partnering with managers, Partners and senior leaders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice and deliver people initiatives that support business priorities and a positive employee experience.
Alongside leading employee relations matters, you will contribute to organisational change, performance and talent management, workforce planning and the continuous improvement of HR services. You will maintain oversight of employee lifecycle activity completed by HR Operations and ensure priorities, actions and service expectations are clear, accurate and delivered on time.
Working closely with HR Operations and colleagues across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, you will ensure a consistent and joined-up approach, identify risks and workforce insights, and translate leadership decisions into effective operational delivery. This opportunity will suit a proactive, organised and resilient HR professional who combines sound judgement with strong stakeholder relationships and enjoys balancing a busy operational agenda with broader people priorities.
You will be part of the wider EMEA HR function while taking ownership of HR delivery for the UK. The UK team works closely with HR Operations and specialist colleagues to provide a responsive, consistent and high-quality service to employees, managers, Partners and senior leaders.
This role offers genuine ownership of a broad UK operational HR remit and regular access to senior decision-makers. You will have the autonomy to oversee the day-to-day service, advise managers on people matters and use operational insight to influence leadership decisions.
