Job summary

Conway Group is looking for an Employment Compliance Officer to join the HR team and oversee immigration and sponsor licence obligations for international healthcare workers across Northern Ireland. You will work with the Authorising Officer and senior teams on sponsorship administration, visa expiry monitoring, and audit preparation.

Essential criteria include a degree-level education and at least two years’ HR/compliance experience, with strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and preparing audit/compliance documents.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration and sponsor compliance including right-to-work checks and sponsor licence records.
• Coordinate AccessNI checks and pre-employment screening in onboarding.
• Support Fair Employment monitoring and annual reporting requirements and Article 55 reviews.
