Healthcare Ireland Group, a care home network across the UK, seeks an Immigration Lead to manage UKVI sponsorship licences, visa and CoS processes, and right-to-work compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding international recruitment and ensuring adherence to immigration laws with strong governance and training for HR teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with UKVI sponsorship licences and SMS administration.
• Experience guiding international recruitment through visa and right-to-work processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement immigration policies and training for HR teams.

Responsabilités

• Owns Sponsorship Licence management and audits; acts as Key Contact/Authorising Officer.
• Manages Skilled Worker visa and CoS processes, ensuring compliance and timely guidance to candidates.
• Oversees right-to-work checks, expiry tracking, and reporting to UKVI where required.
• Provides immigration expertise across international recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
• Develops immigration policies, delivers training, and keeps teams updated on legislation changes.
• Maintains audit-ready records and advises on compliance risks to the HR Director.
• Engages stakeholders across HR, Recruitment and operations to support international hires.
