Job summary

Oak View Group, in partnership with Frameless, is hiring a Head of Events to drive the on-site events business at London's immersive venue. This role offers flexible hours on a casual contract (~30 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate up to £14.80.

You'll lead a dynamic hospitality team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, coordinate across multiple spaces, and ensure smooth service from welcome to wrap-up. Join a vibrant crew shaping live experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Team player who is flexible, reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks while delivering friendly and efficient service.
• Supporting day to day operations including cleaning and maintaining presentation standards.
• Providing a warm and engaging experience for all guests and visitors.
• Assisting across different areas to ensure smooth service throughout the venue.
