Job summary

ATT is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of immersive training events from our London head office, with international scope where needed. You will manage a small team, coordinate Centre- and Mobile-delivery operations, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will partner across Commercial, Finance and Creative teams, produce client reports, and drive improvements to operational processes, always upholding ATT’s quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in an operational, logistics or events role.
• Proven experience managing logistics for complex, multi-location or international events.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, including demonstrable direct line management experience.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate, professional client reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience of creating event costings and budgets.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical skills and the ability to spot discrepancies.
• A calm, self-sufficient and dependable approach in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead Training Delivery Coordinators and Production Leads.
• Monitor centre- and mobile-delivery operations to keep on time and within budget.
• Manage production administration and logistics across all trainings.
• Produce accurate client reports and KPI documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance on quotes and post-delivery reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across programmes and ISO 9001 documentation.
