DASS hospitality in London is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team within an exciting immersive art installation at Westfield Shepherds Bush.

You will oversee daily production, ensure top quality and safety, train staff, and coordinate with front-of-house to deliver fast, consistent service in a high-volume setting.

This role offers immediate start and a hands-on, dynamic work environment with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and serving.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and inventory control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with clients.

Responsabilidades
