Convene Hospitality Group in London seeks a passionate kitchen professional to join our dynamic team. You’ll prepare and execute all event catering, maintain knowledge of menus, and support cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in kitchen/back of house operations.
• High volume catering experience desirable.
• Knowledge of café operations is a plus.
• Solid understanding of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs.
• Leading pre-shifts and recurring property leadership meetings.
• Flexible with long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lb.
• Ability to operate common kitchen equipment.

Responsabilités

• Preparation and execution of all event catering relative to food and beverage.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other specification information.
• Participate in company-wide cost savings initiatives.
• Cooperate with implementation of cooperative training programs.
• Display passion for increasing culinary knowledge and menu development.
• Responsible for sanitation, kitchen organization, food handling and cleanliness.
• Cultivate a learning environment with hands-on leadership and delegation.
