Green & Fortune is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead multiple London bar spaces, from cocktail bars to rooftop terraces, delivering exceptional experiences. You will train teams, curate drink menus, and drive service excellence across high-profile events.

You’ll collaborate with the Beverage Manager, manage stock and budgets, and ensure top-tier hospitality in fast-paced environments. A natural leader with passion for cocktails and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/manager role in high-volume bars, hospitality, or events.
• Passion for cocktails, wines, and beverages with focus on quality and innovation.
• Confident, hands-on leader who can train, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Strong problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of multiple bar spaces, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Support event programmes within the building, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of mixologists, bartenders, and casual event staff.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory, ensuring bars are always well-prepared.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to curate cocktails and new drinks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.
• Support events team in delivering outstanding bar service for corporate functions and events.
• Handle guest interactions and feedback, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Assist in financial management, including cost control, sales tracking and budgeting.
