Aspire People Limited is seeking reliable Primary Supply Teachers to support local primary schools across Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas. This flexible supply role offers competitive daily pay (£150-£175) and opportunities to work across different year groups, with QTS essential and own transport preferred.

You will cover day-to-day and short-term classroom needs, follow National Curriculum, maintain positive learning environments, and build relationships with school staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• A full driving licence and access to own vehicle – essential.
• Availability to work across Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to travel between Kettering, Corby and nearby areas.
• Experience in primary teaching is preferred.

Please note: Applicants must hold QTS, have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle, and be available to accept supply work across the school week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will provide classroom cover across local primary schools, ensuring pupils continue to receive high‑quality teaching and support.
