Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Bradford is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Site Manager to supervise fire door and fire stopping works on an occupied social housing tower block. The two-month contract requires an immediate start and a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

You will coordinate site operations, manage labour and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and ensure passive fire protection standards are met while maintaining tenants' safety.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and time management
• Proven client-facing experience in site management or similar

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of fire door and fire stopping works at an occupied tower block
• Coordinate initial briefs and short-term schedules based on the master programme
• Collate drawings and information to plan works and identify material requirements
• Manage labour and subcontractors, delegating tasks and monitoring productivity
• Maintain HSEQ compliance and ensure PPE and signage are in place
• Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required
• Ensure works meet passive fire standards and company procedures
