Job summary

East West Connect Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead passive fire projects, with emphasis on fire door installations in social housing. You will coordinate daily site activities, support installers and subcontractors, and perform surveys and inspections in occupied properties.

The role requires carpentry background, CSCS and SSSTS, strong communication with residents, and the ability to travel between sites daily. Knowledge of Joblogic and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable carpentry background and fire door installation experience.
• Experience supervising installers or subcontractors in occupied residential settings.
• Ability to carry out fire door surveys, condition assessments and quality inspections.
• Experience traveling between sites and liaising with residents/tenants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and organise installers and contractors.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and inspections.
• Deliver daily briefings and Toolbox Talks.
• Liaise with residents, tenants and clients regarding planned works.
• Support access arrangements and customer care requirements.
• Carry out fire door surveys and installation quality inspections.
• Record photographs and project information using Joblogic.
