Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee fire safety works on a social housing contract near Slough. The role manages works from start to finish, coordinates subcontractors and site teams, and ensures deadlines, quality and safety standards are met on occupied properties.

The successful candidate will have extensive passive fire or fire safety management experience, preferably within social housing, with knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and

• Previous management experience within passive fire or fire safety works.
• Social housing or occupied-property experience.
• Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation.
• SMSTS CSCS management card.
• First Aid at Work.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee fire safety works across a social housing contract near Slough. The role will involve managing works from commencement through to completion, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, maintaining programme deadlines and ensuring all works meet the required quality and fire safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing fire safety works across occupied properties
• Managing subcontractors, operatives and site programmes
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Completing site inspections, quality checks and work sign-offs
• Managing RAMS and project documentation
