Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contract Site Manager to oversee passive fire protection works on a Bodmin project. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring H&S compliance, and liaising with the Project Manager and client to drive the programme and quality standards.

We are looking for candidates with proven site management experience, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications, plus strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on building or civils sites.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience with passive fire/fire stopping projects preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
