Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking a Planner in Kingston upon Thames to coordinate daily works, schedule multi-stream activities and oversee D&M planning. The role requires strong organisation, communication and the ability to manage busy, changing plans in a fast-paced environment.

The permanent position offers a salary up to £28,000 per year, with immediate start for the right candidate and an on-site office in Kingston upon Thames.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily works and activities across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of all D&M works.
• Allocate work efficiently to the appropriate teams and resources.
• Liaise with operational teams, engineers, supervisors and other key stakeholders to ensure works are delivered as planned.
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments where required to account for changes, delays or urgent works.
• Ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and kept up to date.
• Communicate changes to schedules and priorities clearly and promptly.
• Help identify and resolve planning issues to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
• Maintain accurate planning records and systems.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure deadlines, service levels and operational requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates on planned and outstanding works.
• Support the wider team with general planning and administrative duties as required.
