• Classroom management experience with pupils across year groups.
• Ability to supervise and maintain learning during teacher absences.
• Capable of following pre-prepared lesson materials and keeping students engaged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students understand tasks.
• Maintain positive, structured classroom environment according to school policy.
• Keep students focused, engaged and working productively.
• Support students with instructions and activities as needed.
• Manage the classroom confidently and respond to issues promptly.
• Report progress and behaviour concerns to teaching staff.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.
• Support wider school tasks when required.
