Responsabilidades

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students understand tasks.
• Maintain good classroom behaviour and apply school policies.
• Keep students focused, engaged and working productively.
• Support students with instructions and learning activities as appropriate.
• Manage the classroom confidently and respond to issues as they arise.
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.

Cover Supervisor The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students across the school and ensuring they remain on task during lessons.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and ensuring students understand the tasks set

• Maintaining good classroom behaviour and applying the school s behaviour policies

• Keeping students focused, engaged and working productively

• Supporting students with instructions and learning activities where appropriate

• Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Supporting the wider school team when required
