Qualifications

• Experience supervising classes in a secondary school.
• Ability to follow prepared lesson materials and adapt to changes as needed.
• Strong behaviour management and positive classroom presence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students understand tasks.
• Maintain good classroom behaviour and apply school policies.
• Keep students focused, engaged and working productively.
• Support students with instructions and learning activities as appropriate.
• Manage the classroom confidently and respond to issues as they arise.
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.
