• Keep students focused, engaged and working productively.
• Support students with instructions and learning activities where appropriate.
• Manage the classroom confidently and respond to issues that arise.
• Provide progress updates to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour concerns.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Support the wider school team when required.
