Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Temporary Assistant Accountant to join the team in Stoke-on-Trent on an initial basis, through to mid/end November. You will manage purchase and sales ledgers, post cash and bank statements, and handle journal postings in a small, supportive finance environment.

The role requires prior Assistant Accountant experience, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to work well within a small team. Hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as an Assistant Accountant.
• Experience using accountancy software.
• Excel skills required.
• Be able to work in a small team.
