Job summary

Alliance Medical invites applications for a Mobile Imaging Manager to oversee operations across the Midlands and South Yorkshire. The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to mobile imaging service delivery.

You will manage a field-based team, drive contract performance, and build confident relationships with sites, customers, and NHS partners. A full driving licence and willingness to travel long distances are essential; a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing a team is essential.
• Experience in managing contracts, customers, and developing customer relationships.
• Desirable: undertaking risk assessments and project management.
• Desirable: knowledge of health, diagnostic imaging and social care service provision; awareness of Radiation Regulations (IRMER, IRR 99, EPR 2010), CQC, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Line management, development and growth of the designated mobile team.
• Lead changes and implement new strategies using structured project management.
• Regular face-to-face meetings with sites, customers and trusts to promote business development.
• Support resource planning and logistics to enable a well-led mobile service.
• Ensure governance and compliance with external regulatory standards.
• Contribute to medium and long-term strategy and build strategic partnerships.
