Job summary

Jonathan Lee is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to turn technical imaging expertise into commercial impact across Imaging and Photonics markets. You will drive new business with high-potential imaging customers, develop design-in opportunities, and manage relationships from R&D to CEO level.

You will provide pre- and post-sales support, collaborate on orders, and maintain accurate sales activity in CRM, while representing imaging products at exhibitions and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or comparable technical sales experience.
• Proven experience selling thermal imaging cameras and accessories into multiple market sectors.
• Strong customer and supplier relationship management with engineering and commercial levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident telephone and face-to-face selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth with imaging customers, turning opportunities into quotations and orders.
• Identify and develop design-in opportunities creating recurring revenue.
• Build relationships from R&D to CEO/CTO for informed decisions.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to progress orders and update the CRM.
• Act as a product expert at exhibitions and direct customer conversations.
