Job summary

Iron Mountain in Rugby seeks an experienced Operations Manager for the Digital Imaging & Document Processing team. You will lead high-volume scanning operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure adherence to client contracts and quality standards.

You will manage a substantial workforce, apply process improvements, and maintain strong financial oversight to deliver efficient, compliant services for our global clientele.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing large teams (100+ headcount) within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of business process management and process implementation.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing financial data and KPIs.
• Security Clearance (or eligibility/willingness to undergo required checks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing activities and drive department performance across client deliverables.
• Mentor and develop a large operational workforce to sustain a high-performing culture.
• Forecast resources, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, monitor contract costs, and ensure SOP compliance.
