Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Lutterworth. As a DS Team Leader on the evening shift, you will drive the success of our Scanning Centre, planning, administering, monitoring, and optimising operations across Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage.

You will lead a team with limited supervision and take initiative to resolve issues. Experience in a contact centre, warehousing, or production environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a digitisation, warehousing or similar setting is advantageous.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Able to lead and motivate a team on an evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scanning Centre operations across digitisation, receiving, warehousing, and distribution to optimise space and performance.
• Coordinate daily tasks with DS Supervisor and internal teams; liaise with clients and suppliers for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with digitisation, warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations and safety policies.
• Conduct departmental risk assessments and enforce safe working practices; complete statutory health & safety reporting.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Digital Solutions team; manage shift rotas and performance appraisals.
