Responsibilities

• Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples, gluing torn pages, maintain document order.
• Assigning document types to different stack structures.
• Separating documents after identifying specific features.
• Scanning documents, operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructions.
• Checking, labelling and archiving processed stacks; searching for requested documents and sending them for further processing.
