Fortius Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Radiographer to join the Imaging leadership team. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, support service development and ensure high standards of patient care, governance and radiation protection across all imaging sites.

Essential qualifications include HCPC registration and substantial post-registration imaging experience, with prior leadership or senior radiographer roles.

Formación

• HCPC Registration as Diagnostic Radiographer.
• Significant post-registration imaging experience.
• Previous leadership or senior radiographer experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, radiation protection and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical imaging services and provide professional leadership across sites.
• Support staffing, rota planning and service delivery to meet patient demand.
• Drive audits, incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage staff performance, appraisals and development.
• Collaborate to enhance patient pathways and departmental efficiency.
