Job summary

Fortius Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Radiographer to join our Imaging leadership team. You will provide clinical and operational leadership across all imaging sites, develop protocols with Radiologists, ensure image quality, safety, and patient experience, and drive governance, radiation protection and service improvement.

You will line-manage Senior Radiographers, coordinate staffing, support recruitment and training, and work with the Head of Imaging to enhance patient

Qualifications

• HCPC Registered Diagnostic Radiographer with post-registration imaging experience.
• Significant post-registration imaging experience and senior radiography exposure.
• Leadership or senior radiographer experience is essential.
• Strong governance, radiation protection and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across all imaging services.
• Develop imaging protocols with Radiologists and assure image quality.
• Ensure patient safety and positive patient experience.
• Line manage Senior Radiographers and conduct appraisals.
• Support staffing, rota planning and service delivery across sites.
• Lead audits, incidents and governance activities.
