Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Clinical Lead in Imaging at The Park Hospital, Nottingham. The role is full-time with 37.5 hours per week, requiring leadership of the imaging team and high standards of patient care.

You will oversee service delivery, work with Radiologists and the DCS, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing staff and resources to optimise imaging sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute hospital radiography settings.
• Strong customer care experience including challenging situations.
• Knowledge of IRMER/IRR17 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery with staff deployment.
• Maintain dialogue with Consultant Radiologists on clinical aspects of imaging.
• Attend annual meetings with Radiologists to discuss issues.
• Build and maintain multi-disciplinary consultant relations for service delivery.
• Monitor revenue capture procedures and ensure timely charging.
• Conduct radiographic examinations as autonomous practitioner and team member.
• Ensure imaging department compliance with statutory regulations with DCS and RPA.
• Complete mandatory trainings.
