Job summary

New Victoria Hospital, part of Bupa, is seeking a Patient Service Advisor for the Imaging Department in Kingston upon Thames. This part-time role (24 hours/ week, 4x6hr shifts Mon-Sat) focuses on delivering exceptional patient reception, accurate appointment booking, and reliable patient support.

You will handle enquiries by phone and email, register patients on arrival, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth imaging services across MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
• Experience with appointment booking and patient enquiries.
• Comfort using multiple computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception for Imaging Department.
• Accurately book appointments and send relevant preparation information.
• Register patients on arrival and liaise with clinical teams.
• Handle quotations, payments and patient/referrer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of imaging procedures and preparation requirements.
