Job summary

Anglian Water's Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is seeking a Project Analyst to support delivery of initiatives within IMA. Working with the IMA Project Manager, you will help identify improvements, manage risks, and develop briefs and reports while liaising with stakeholders across the business.

Based in Huntingdon, the role focuses on continuous improvement, process reviews, and training coordination, with a view to progressing within the alliance hosted by Kier/Clancy and Anglian Water.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the business and with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the SAP job management system.
• Thorough knowledge of IMA processes and customer touch-points.
• Strong customer awareness and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with teams and analyse current service failures to identify improvements.
• Assist in development and review of processes from operational and customer perspectives.
• Work with the IMA Project Manager to identify literature/communications used in the process.
• Plan training with the Training and Development Manager and Analyst.
• Produce highlight reports for the IMA Strategy & Change Team and performance information for the IMA Change dashboard.
• Manage risks, issues and dependency logs for the project.
• Set up meetings and boards in line with programme governance.
• Support the development of business cases identifying all elements of the project including costs and benefits.
• Create a communications plan for these projects and manage stakeholders.
• Create and implement a delivery plan to project methodology.
