Anglian Water Group Ltd. via the Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is hiring an IMA Project Analyst in Huntingdon. The role supports project delivery of initiatives, drives process improvements, and helps manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement across the alliance.

You will work under an IMA Project Manager, assist in training and development, produce highlight reports, and coordinate with partner organisations Kier or Clancy to ensure time, cost and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SAP and job management processes within IMA.
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
• Ability to present complex messages clearly.

What you will be doing as our IMA Project Analyst This role will, working for one of the IMA Project Managers, support the delivery of initiatives and projects within IMA. It will support the delivery of all these initiatives and projects to agreed time, cost and quality whilst identifying and mitigating the risks, dependencies and issues as they occur. In this role they will gain knowledge of project systems, process review, continuous improvement, implementing best practice and improving customer service. The individual should be someone who is looking to progress their career within and beyond the Alliance. The individual should be forward thinking, have a collaborative approach and must champion innovation. They must have excellent communication skills and be able work at all levels of the organization. They should have excellent organizational skills and be self motivated to deliver results. They must be able to drive. This role sits within the IMA Alliance and is hosted by Kier/Clancy and Anglian Water. Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with teams and analyse current service failures to identify areas for process improvement
• Assist in the development and review of processes from both an operational and customer perspective
• Work with the IMA Project Manager to identify literature/communications used within the process and review.
• Work with the Training and Development Manager and Analyst to plan training and development.
• Produce highlight reports for the IMA Strategy & Change Team and performance information for the IMA Change dashboard.
• Manage risks, issues and dependency logs for the project.
• Set up meetings and boards in line with programme governance
• Support the development of business cases identifying all elements of the project including assessment of costs and benefits
• Manage small continuous improvement projects
• Create a communications plan for these projects and manage stakeholders
• Create and implement a delivery plan to project methodology

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the internal business and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of the job management system (SAP)
• Thorough knowledge of the processes within IMA and the customer touch-points
• Must have excellent customer awareness
• Must be able to work with people at all levels of the business
• Ability to present complex messages with succinct clarity
