Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. via the Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is hiring an IMA Project Analyst in Huntingdon. The role supports project delivery of initiatives, drives process improvements, and helps manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement across the alliance.

You will work under an IMA Project Manager, assist in training and development, produce highlight reports, and coordinate with partner organisations Kier or Clancy to ensure time, cost and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SAP and job management processes within IMA.
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
• Ability to present complex messages clearly.
• Willingness to work across partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with teams to analyse service failures for process improvement.
• Assist development and review of operational and customer processes.
• Identify literature/communications used within the process.
• Plan training and development with managers.
• Produce highlight reports for Strategy & Change Team.
• Manage risks, issues and dependency logs.
• Set up meetings and governance boards.
• Support business case development with cost/benefit assessment.
• Manage small continuous improvement projects.
• Create communications plans and manage stakeholders.
• Develop delivery plans to project methodology.
